Retired teachers to meet

The Lake County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Lambs Farm restaurant at Route 176 and I-94, near Libertyville. The cost is $16 per person for the buffet luncheon and meeting. The guest speaker will be David Dier who will talk about genealogy. Dier has been doing research on his family tree for years. He will provide information on how to begin a quest and continue it with the many resources available. All retired educators are welcome to attend, and no reservations are necessary.
