Girls golf: Lee's effort lifts Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove sophomore Haeri Lee fired a par 36 at Palatine Hills on Thursday to help the Bison (164) edge Fremd (167) and Hersey (173) in the Mid-Suburban League girls golf tri-meet.

Jasmine Yi (39), Emily Carnes (43) and Grace Gran (46) rounded out the scoring for the Bison, who are now 4-0 in the MSL.

Jae Hee Hur paced Fremd with a 37, followed by teammates Haezi Jung (38), Annie Gao (46) and Sophia Metallo (46).

Hersey's final score came from Maggie Anderson (41), Megan Kopeny (43), Lexi Heidkamp (43) and Sophia Cacioppo (46).
