NISRA Foundation to host 'Around the World in 9 Golf Holes'

Fun and laughter abound at the NISRA Foundation's Women's Golf Outing, raising funds for local residents with disabilities to attend community recreation programs.

On Tuesday, Sept. 15, ladies will gather at Randall Oaks Golf Club in West Dundee for a round of nine holes of golf for players of all ability levels.

Now in its 15th year, this noncompetitive event benefits Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association programs for children and adults with disabilities.

The day includes special contests in keeping with this year's "Around the World in 9 Golf Holes" theme, prizes, raffles, gifts, and a lunch. A prize will be awarded for "Best Dressed Tourist!"

Players can bid on a male caddie that will provide treats for the foursome and assistance on the golf course.

Sponsorship opportunities are available, and volunteers are welcome to assist at this fun-filled event.
