Des Plaines Art Guild Displaying Artwork at City Hall

In addition to its other venues in town, the Des Plaines Art Guild is happy to report a new location where patrons can come to view artwork done by guild members. The City of Des Plaines recently renovated the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1420 Miner Street, and generously offered a space for the art guild to use to display members' works on a monthly basis.

A group show is planned for September and October and will feature the following artists: Beverly Becker, Peter Bueza, Dolores Kenney, Melissa Lloyd, Margaret Newman, Kathy Passi, Marilyn Perry, Rhonda Popko, Jean Rossi, Pat Schuler, and Penny Weinberg. City Hall is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Anyone interested in joining the Des Plaines Art Guild can download a membership form at dpag.org.
