Supreme Court's first strikeout

On August 3, a writer called the Supreme Court out on strikes with their three decisions that he did not like. I'd like to point out that this was the Supreme Court's second strikeout.

Their first included the Citizen's United case, in which they were somehow able to define a corporation as a "person" with constitutional protections and rights, the reversal of the 50-year-old Voting Rights Act, allowing discrimination of minority voters to resume, because they seemed to think that discrimination no longer occurs in the U.S., and the McCutcheon case which lifted campaign contributions, letting people like the Koch brothers control the campaigns, and ultimately control our elected officials.
