Waukegan police search for bank robbery suspect

Waukegan police and the FBI are looking for a man who robbed a Fifth Third Bank branch Monday afternoon.

Authorities say the suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank at 800 S. Waukegan Road at 2:55 p.m. Monday. He did not display a weapon, police said.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 40s, 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, and approximately 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and a black baseball cap with red brim.
