Manfredini joins Ace Center for Excellence

OAK BROOK - Lou Manfredini, Ace Hardware's home expert, has been added as the newest team member to the Ace Hardware's Center for Excellence. The Ace Center for Excellence is a new division of Ace designed to share strategies and key principles of the brand's commitment to customer service with businesses and organizations around the world. Manfredini joins a growing team made up of customer service experts and actual Ace team members, including Ace CEO John Venhuizen and Executive Vice President of Merchandising, Marketing and Sales John Surane. As Ace's Home Expert, Manfredini advises consumers on how to best maintain their homes throughout the year. An Ace retailer of two Chicago-area stores, he is also primed as a center team member by living the Ace brand's promise in excellent customer service everyday.
