Drug charges dismissed against Downers Grove woman

A Cook County judge dismissed drug charges against a Downers Grove woman, court records show.
Nicole Drane, 31, had been charged with delivery of a controlled substance,
Officers from the Illinois State Police North Cenqtral Narcotics Task Force arrested Drane in Elgin June 29 after, prosecutors say, they recovered 2.1 grams of heroin in Drane's vehicle.
A spokeswoman from the Cook County state's attorney's office confirmed the charges were dismissed.
