Not about how much money you raise

"Total insensitivity to Chicago, African-American women and the democratic process." These words were spoken by Andrea Zopp after Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth was endorsed by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in her race against Senator Mark Kirk.

Why would race play any part in this? Tell us about yourself, why do you wish to be a U.S. Senator Ms. Zopp?

Congresswoman Duckworth deserves the opportunity, because of what she has done and continues to do by representing her constituency in a very honorable and humble way, while getting results.

It is not about how much money you raise, but how you raise yourself to the everyday challenges while representing the people of Illinois.
