Climate change speaker talks to Elk Grove Republicans

The executive director of the Climate Science Coalition of America will speak to the monthly meeting of Republicans of Elk Grove Township at 9 am Saturday, July 18, on "Climate Change and Renewable Energy: The Rest of the Story." Steve Goreham leads an association of scientists, engineers and citizens working to inform people about the realities of climate science and energy economics. He is the author of two books on climate change and renewable energy, and a former engineer and business executive. He will sign copies of his books. Refreshments will be served. The meeting, which is free and open to the public, will be at the township building, 2400 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.
