Adelphia sells Glen Ellyn site

GLEN ELLYN - Adelphia Properties assisted in the sale of a .79 acre site, consisting of a 3,400 square foot free-standing vacant retail building at 369 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn. The property was sold to a private Investor for $750,000. The site is situated in a busy Glen Ellyn commercial retail/office corridor and offers high vehicle traffic counts, frontage and visibility along heavily traveled Roosevelt Road. Adelphia Properties' Simeon Spirrison, CCIM represented the seller, a private investor. George Spirrison, CCIM, also of Adelphia Properties, represented the private buyer.
