Gurnee Citizens Police Academy returns

Signup is now open for the next Gurnee Citizens Police Academy, Aug. 27 to Nov. 19, designed to give the public a working knowledge of the practices, policies and procedures governing the police department. Participants must be at least 18 years old with no felony convictions. Classes will run 7-10 p.m. Thursdays.
