Apply for social service funds

Applications for Libertyville Township funding for 2015-16 will be available Monday, July 6, at the township office, 359 Merrill Court, Libertyville, for any interested not-for-profit social service agency. Applications may be picked up in person, or mailed by written request. Any not-for-profit agency that serves Libertyville Township residents may apply for funding. To be considered, applications must be completed and returned by 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18. Applications are available at the township office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Call (847) 816-6800.
