Meat raffle Saturday to benefit Wounded Warrior Project

The Men's Auxiliary of Watch City Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1307-Elgin invites the community to a meat raffle from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at the Dutch Inn West, 36W610 Foothill Road, off Route 20, on Elgin's west side.

There will also be 50/50 raffles and prizes throughout the afternoon. All proceeds will be given to the Wounded Warrior Project. Come out to help our veterans!

The mission of the Wounded Warrior Project is to raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of injured service members; help injured service members aid and assist each other; and provide direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.
