The owner of a new Palatine restaurant, BoomBalatty Flats, says vegetables should come from the ground - not a can. That's why John Dambach makes kitchen meals from scratch for dine-in or carryout. Menu offerings include flatbreads, appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees like the spinach artichoke ravioli, handmade pasta stuffed with fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, asiago, Romano cheeses with a choice of sauces for $10.95.
