I-90 lanes reopen after rollover crash near Elk Grove Village

A rollover, one-vehicle crash on the eastbound Jane Addams Memorial Tollway near Elk Grove Village sent one person to the hospital Thursday morning, Illinois State Police said.

Paramedics took the woman to Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening, Master Sgt. Carlita Joe said.

The woman was driving a white 2013 Hyundai Sonata that rolled over on I-90 near Oakton Street just after 10:30 a.m., Joe said.

Police were investigating what caused the car to flip over onto its roof.

The two far left lanes on the eastbound tollway were closed while crews worked to clear the wreck. By 11:06 a.m., Joe said, all lanes were open.
