Bankers should be the ones in handcuffs
FIFA officials were marched out of their Zurich, Switzerland, offices in handcuffs as United States Attorney General Loretta Lynch vowed to wipe out the systematic corruption in the international soccer organization.
I wish it had been the Bankers responsible for the 2008 meltdown who were walked out of their offices in handcuffs and the words "international soccer organization" were replaced with the "international banking system."
Only then would our nation and world receive deserved retribution for our 2008 economic meltdown.
The handcuffs would be a fitting beginning for the punishment that these perpetrators justly deserve for destroying the world economy for the rest of us.
Soccer must be more important to the welfare of the world than banking.
