Bank CEOs not held accountable

How come Bernie Madoff went to jail for 150 years and guys like Chase Bank's Jamie Dimon didn't even have to stand in a police lineup?

He and the other bank CEOs should pay the same penalties as Madoff or close their banks up and go away.

Speaking of going away, Barclay's and UBS should be banned from operating in the U.S. UBS, especially, has a rap sheet longer than any mafia criminal.
