Elburn library kicks off summer reading program
The Summer Reading program at Town and Country Public Library, 320 E. North St. in Elburn, begins with a bang on Monday, June 1.
This year's Summer Reading theme is "Read to the Rhythm." It runs June 1 to Aug. 8. The library will once again have lots of fun prizes from generous local donors to award to those who participate in Summer Reading.
Readers from preschool through high school and adults with a valid Town and Country Public Library card are eligible to participate.
The "Read to the Rhythm" music-themed summer will feature many educational, engaging, and entertaining programs and workshops.
