White Sox close out homestand with another clunker

Returning to U.S. Cellular Field last Monday after a successful 6-1 road trip, the White Sox beat the Indians to open the homestand and looked like a team that was finally coming together.

How quickly it has fallen back apart.

The Sox lost to the Twins 8-1 Sunday afternoon and have dropped five of their last six.

Brian Dozier set the tone for the White Sox' latest loss with a home run off starter Jose Quintana leading off the game.

Quintana had a rough day, giving up 7 runs (6 earned) on 7 hits in 6 innings.

Jose Abreu drove in the lone Sox run with a solo homer in the fourth inning.

Check back later for more details.
