Two new restaurants coming to Lake Zurich

Lake Zurich is getting two new restaurants, village documents show. LaMalinche Bar and Grill plans to move from West Liberty Street in Wauconda to a 2,520-square-foot retail space at 53 S. Rand Road in Lake Zurich. In addition, the Eight Piece Rolls sushi restaurant in Vernon Hills has opened a branch in a 1,050-square-foot space on the southwest corner of West Main Street and Ela Road in Lake Zurich. Eight Piece, at 523 Ela, is in a shopping plaza that includes a Jewel-Osco and a Burger King.
