Cook library board meets

The Cook Memorial Public Liibrary board will hold a special meeting Tuesday to approve the budget for the 2016 fiscal year and to discuss hiring a new director. The current director, Stephen Kershner, has announced plans to retire June 1. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the Aspen Drive Library, 701 Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills.
