Dance beneath the stars at Schaumburg Summer Dance Concerts

Dancing to live music in Town Square is the perfect way to spend a summer evening.

Schaumburg Park District's Schaumburg Summer Dance Concerts take place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. the first Friday of the month in the Town Square gazebo, located at the corner of Schaumburg and Roselle roads. The free concerts include an introductory one-hour dance lesson by Arthur Murray instructors from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by live music and dancing from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

• July 3-Salsa and Bachata with Fiesta Six

• Aug. 7-Tango and Rumba with Eddie Harrison and Jump Stars
