Deerpath Park design meetings

Vernon Hills-area residents are invited to voice their opinions on the future design of Deerpath Park. Vernon Hills Park District board members and staff will be on hand for two community meetings where the design of the Kids Castle playground and other park amenities will be discussion. The sessions are 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 16, at Deerpath Park, 299 Onwentsia Road, Vernon Hills. Parking is available in the Cherokee Road parking lot.
