Lake County panel to discuss alternative energy

The Lake County Forest Preserve District board's finance and administrative committee meets Thursday to discuss alternative energy possibilities and other issues. The session is set for 8:30 a.m. at the district's main office, 1899 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville. It's open to the public.
