District 214 sub fired for showing students inappropriate video

A substitute teacher in Northwest Suburban High School District 214 will not be used again by the district after showing inappropriate images to students.

According to a district statement, "a substitute accidentally displayed a video with inappropriate content in front of the class. The substitute did not know that his personal computer was attached to the projector at the time. As of now, the individual will no longer serve as a substitute."

Spokeswoman Jen Delgado could not confirm in which school the incident took place. She said the video was not pornographic.
