I-90 ramp in Arlington Heights reopens after gas leak

The entrance ramp from southbound Arlington Heights Road onto I-90 west has reopened.

The ramp was closed Friday morning while Arlington Heights Fire Department and NICOR crews investigated a gas leak.

A 2-inch gas line was hit during construction near I-90 and started leaking around 8:20 a.m., according to the Arlington Heights Fire Department.
