Someone spray-painted profanities on a vehicle parked on the 1100 block of Bryant Street in Aurora Township between 4:30 p.m. Friday and 9:20 a.m. Saturday.

Someone slashed four tires on a minivan parked on the 900 block of South Calhoun Street near Aurora, causing more than $300 damage. The damage was reported at 7:35 a.m. Friday.

Paris A. Moore, 20, of the 200 block of Illinois Court, Elgin, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery and obstructing identification at 12:45 a.m. April 4 after an incident on the 39W100 block of Longmeadow Lane near St. Charles, according to a sheriff report.
