Burlington Central 2, Rockford Christian 1: The Rockets (5-1, 3-1) bounced back from their first loss of the season in dramatic fashion, thanks to the heroics of freshman Jordan King, who footed the game-winner via an assist from Alexis Rosa with 1:55 remaining. It was King's second goal of the match, which broke a 1-1 halftime tie. Erin Rafferty (4 saves) and Abbi Ciganek were both strong in goal in their respective halves in this Big Northern East win.

Belvidere 3, Hampshire 1: Despite Darcy Dalby's second half goal, the Whip-Purs (0-7) were unable to notch the nonconference victory. Laurie Kochanski was credited with an assist and goalkeeper Kaila Kienzler made 27 saves.
