Grayslake North 1, Jacobs 0: Sammie Villwock finished a pass from Kayla Hartigan in the 73rd minute, as the Knights pulled out the Fox Valley Conference game.
Megan Davis made 2 saves in earning the shutout.
"Our girls should be proud of themselves tonight, as they put in a solid performance on both sides of the ball," coach Adam DeCaluwe said. "(That) allowed them to find a way to get the goal we needed and give us the win along with our second shutout of the season."
Grayslake Central 2, McHenry 1 (shootout): Lura Quandt scored off an assist from Karleen Gomez for Grayslake Central's only goal in regulation.
In the shootout, the Rams got tallies from Lauren Spalding, Jenny Biondo, Emily Werfel and Anna Sizelove.
Lake Forest 2, Lake Zurich 0: Carly Hoke and Catherine Bernish scored for the host Scouts in the North Suburban Lake match.
Cassidy Schaul made 4 saves in earning the shutout for Lake Forest (4-1, 1-0).
Elly Daleske stopped 7 shots in goal for Lake Zurich (4-2, 1-1), which allowed a goal in each half.
Lakes 0, Deerfield 0: Kara Jones recorded 6 saves in notching her fourth shutout of the season for Lakes (3-1-1).
