Warren 4, Zion-Benton 3: Amber Leneau was 3-for-3 and Sabrina Trevino was 2-for-4 with a home run to lead Warren, which scored in the top of the seventh to break a 3-3 tie. Hannah Nommensen was the winning pitcher.

Grant 12, Round Lake 2: Grant rolled up 11 hits en route to the North Suburban Prairie Division victory.

Sydney Goessele and Jenna Wilson each had 3 hits for Grant while Erin Bengston and Becca Wold added 2 hits apiece.

Goessele and Bengston each had doubles.

Goessele was also the winning pitcher. She had 7 strikeouts.

For Round Lake, losing pitcher Hayley Steinberg had a double.

Antioch sweeps: In a doubleheader against North Chicago, Antioch got two big wins, 15-0 and 14-0.

In the 15-0 win, Jessica Pedersen, Ashley Stephens and Annie Wagner each had 2 hits. Pedersen had both a triple and a double.

Wagner was also the winning pitcher with 12 strikeouts.

In the 14-0 win, Taylor Schiltz, Jessica Tyrell and Amanda Costain each had 2 hits. Tyrell and Costain each had triples. Ashley Stephens added a home run for the Sequoits.
