Board members elected to Consumers Credit Union
WAUKEGAN - Consumers Credit Union held its 85th annual meeting at Key Lime Cove Resort in Gurnee and elected new members to its board of directors.
They are James Mahnich, John R. Schwab, Alice Clements and Kenneth Robinson. Other members of CCU's board include Ann Campanella, Nancy Anderson, Denise Charts, Scott Drabicki, Joseph Rajcevich, Michael Raysakis, John Janezic and Frank Soyka.
All members of the board are unpaid, one of the key differences between credit unions and banks. More than 300 attended the meeting. Sean Rathjen, CCU president, gave an overview of the company's progress and provided a preview for the coming calendar year.
