Candidate is diligent, determined, driven

Ann Dingman pours her energy into making sure every student gets the best education possible.

She strives to provide support to those who are struggling and sets the bar higher to challenge our stellar students. When Ann saw a picture of a student's desk under a shower head in an unused gym shower room because the classrooms were full, she provided the leadership that resulted in two successful referendums in Woodland District 50.

Ann researches, asks advice and wrestles with options before making suggestions that impact students. Her ability to look at problems from multiple perspectives and thoughtfully listen to other opinions helps her lead the Board to better solutions.

Her decisions don't always make everyone happy, but her goal is a better education for the students, not her popularity.

During the next term, the board will select a new superintendent, which is no small task. Ann's experience during this process helps ensure a strong and thoughtful choice. Please join me in re-electing Ann Dingman to the Grayslake District 127 School Board.
