Schwingbeck will make a fine trustee

Vote for Tom Schwingbeck for Arlington Heights Village trustee. Tom's Northwestern MBA, combined with years of engineering and consulting experience, gives him the education and professional background needed to understand the financial and technical complexities of issues to come before the Arlington Heights board of trustees. He will make well researched and reasoned decisions.

His community service with his church, Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Association, Northwest Community Healthcare President's Circle, Boy Scouts and the Metropolis Theater has given Tom a keen understanding of the appropriate role for the village with various community constituencies. He knows how to balance meaningful support with meaningful restraint.

In addition, his neighbors like us are happy and proud to have him as a friend. Tom Schwingbeck will be an excellent village trustee.
