Daily Herald report

St. Edward 5, Hampshire 0: Chelsea Gnan scored twice and had an assist to lead St. Edward to a nonconference win. Also scoring for the Green Wave (2-0) were Olivia Kochanek, Bella Uscilla and Casey Gredzieleski. Meagan Kearney and Kathleen Duffy added assists. Paige Dykstra made 1 save in goal. For Hampshire (0-4), Kaila Kienzler had 9 saves and Catie Kochanski made 13 stops.

Harvest Christian 5, Schaumburg Christian 2: Morgan Lockwood and Amanda Moore had 2 goals each and Ariel Tohme added a score to lead the Lions (1-0) to a nonconference win. Ellie Burzlaff had 3 assists for Harvest and Isamer Garcia recorded the shutout in goal.

West Chicago 3, Streamwood 1: Kaila Ford had Streamwood's goal in this Upstate Eight River loss. Tawny Carroll had the assist and Yasmin Resendiz had 5 save in goal for the Sabres (1-1, 0-1).
