Lanes reopened following Elgin-O'Hare crash
All lanes of the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway were reopened around 7:30 a.m. follwing an earlier crash involving a dump truck on Friday morning.
The crash, between a dump truck and a car, blocked one left lane on the eastbound Elgin-O'Hare near Wright, according to traffic reports.
Regular road construction also added to the congestion on Friday morning.
Police could not yet confirm if anyone was injured in the crash.
