Apply for garden club scholarship by April 3

The Garden Club of Dundee Township is offering a scholarship for the 20th year to a student that has an interest in pursuing a career in an environmentally related area. Examples are agriculture, landscape design, horticulture, forestry, waste management, conservation studies, or other related studies.

The scholarship offered is up to $2,000 for a qualified individual.

Qualifying applicants must be a graduating senior, college freshman, sophomore, or junior.

Eligible students should contact high school counselors within Community Unit District 300 or call (847) 903-2178 to find out information regarding the application process. All applications must be submitted to deb14119@msn.com by Friday, April 3.
