St. Viator edges Buffalo Grove

Branley McVeigh and Michelle Travato scored first-period goals to help St. Viator get off to a winning start in girls soccer on Tuesday with a 2-1 decision against host Buffalo Grove in nonconference play.

Sara Busse scored with an assist from Jessica Kovach on the goal for the Bison.
