Why did you change the site?

We updated the site to make it load faster and work perfectly on all types of devices (responsive). We also gave it a clean, new look for a distraction-free reading experience.

What is responsive design?

Responsive websites are able to adapt to the type of device you are using – it will automatically adjust to fit a smartphone, tablet or full-sized screen.

How can I get to the e-edition?

Click the e-edition button directly below the top feature story, or click the sections navigation and click E-Edition. Or visit dailyherald.com/eedition

How can I get to Customer Service?

Click the Help/Info tab in the upper right hand corner.

I use the Daily Herald app. Is the app changing as well?

No, the app will continue to look the way it currently looks.

I came across a page that looks like the old website. Are all the pages redesigned?

No, not all the pages are redesigned. Some pages will retain the previous design for now.
