No reservation for Lange in next 'Horror Story'

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Jessica Lange is passing up a "Hotel" stay.

The Emmy-winning star of the first four seasons of "American Horror Story" announced Sunday she would not be returning for the fifth in the FX anthology series, which will be subtitled "Hotel."

Committing to each season "is a huge investment," Lange said on the arrivals line of the PaleyFest tribute to the fourth "Horror Story" entry, "Freak Show."

Continued Lange, "I've done four great characters. It's enough."

The "Hotel" cast will include Lady Gaga, who announced her participation in late February.

Actors Matt Bomer ("The Normal Heart") and Cheyenne Jackson ("Glee") will also join the "Hotel" cast.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" is set to premiere in October.
