Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was unchanged at $5.07ˆ¼ a bushel; May corn was 3.25 cents lower at $3.8525 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at $2.8125 a bushel; while May soybeans lost 11 cents to $9.795 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle rose .30 cent to $1.5610 a pound; May feeder cattle was .08 cent higher at $2.12 a pound; April lean hogs lost .45 cent to $.6185 a pound.
