Clinton: No classified material sent via her personal emails

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - Hillary Rodham Clinton says she didn't send any classified material on her personal email while secretary of state.

The possible Democratic presidential candidate said during a news conference on Tuesday that she "fully complied with every rule I was governed by."

"I didn't email any classified material to anyone on my email," she said.

Clinton answered reporters' questions Tuesday for the first time about her email practices as secretary of state. She spoke following a Tuesday afternoon speech at the United Nations.

She said there were no security breaches on her personal email server.

Her comments come after days of silence and intensifying calls from Democrats as well as Republicans to address the matter.
