Village should have planned better

Congratulations, Arlington Heights village board. You've joined the legions of politicians around the country who believe that government budget deficits can somehow magically go on forever.

We don't live in Neverland. The governor is trying to correct decades of corruption and mismanagement and this is your response?

The village board should have seen this day coming and adjusted accordingly years ago. Your resolution on proposed cuts is an embarrassment to this community.
