Free concert at Fremont library:

The Alliance Brass Quintet, which has a repertoire ranging from the early Renaissance to jazz and beyond, will perform a free concert at the Fremont Public Library, 1170 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein, from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 11. The group has shared the stage with the Boston Pops and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
