Suburban teen headed to UN:

Stevenson High School senior Lindsay Schwartz has been selected to represent Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois and Girls Scouts of the USA at an event at United Nations headquarters in New York City. Schwartz, of Kildeer, will be among more than 5,000 women and girls participating in the Commission on the Status of Women. It begins Monday. The Commission on the Status of Women is dedicated to gender equality and advancement of girls and women worldwide.
