What changes, if any, do you think need to be made?Being new to Gavin school district, I was very pleased with the decision to move kindergarten to full day. This shows that the school district was taking the next steps to prepare our children for success in their school career. I'm excited to see what curriculum is in place and how it is preparing students for college or career. I would like to see more technology and technological skills being taught in the elementary and middle school. The 21st century skills needed for college and career readiness need to be introduced, modeled, and supported starting in elementary school.What budgetary issues will your district have to confront during the next four years and what measures do you support to address them?
