Volo Homemakers meeting March 11 at Wauconda Township Hall.

Members of the Volo unit will meet at 11:30 for the monthly meeting at Wauconda Township Hall. Bring a sandwich and dessert and beverages will be provided.

The program for day will be presented by Sandy Henke and the topic will be What's New in Textiles.

She will be representing the unit at the Illinois Association for Home and Community Education, annual meeting, March 17-19 in Effingham.

Members will be bringing soap products for the food pantry this month.

The county annual meeting will be April 24 at Maravellas in Fox Lake. Reservations will be accepted. Annual dues can be paid this month.

A fun auction of something weighing one pound, in a brown bag will be called by Pat Janssen. Items brought by the members.

Hostess will be Roberta Francisco and Anita Kunz.

Everyone is welcome to come and visit and see what we have to share with the members of the community.
