Cuts hit those who are defenseless

Nothing - absolutely nothing - is more Republican than Bruce Rauner's cutting of state aid to Medicaid and to the disabled and physically and mentally handicapped, surviving in the homes and agencies around the state that treat and care for them so wonderfully.

Go get 'em, Governor. They're defenseless.
