Harvest Christian 77, Lombard College Prep 31: At Mooseheart, the No. 3 Lions (16-13) soundly advanced to Tuesday's Class 1A regional semifinal against No. 2 Mooseheart at 7:30 p.m. behind Noah Fox's 16 points and Westin White's 14.

Islamic Foundation 73, Elgin Academy 66: No. 4 Islamic Foundation held on in the first quarterfinal at Mooseheart 73-66 despite Dee Robinson's 45 points. The Hilltoppers' (2-18) season ends while the Chargers get top-seeded Westminster Christian at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
