Christian Liberty evens up its record

Host Christian Liberty squared its record at 13-13 with a 55-37 boys basketball victory over Elgin Academy on Thursday.

The game fell on senior night, and Chargers senior Paul Weiss led Christian Liberty with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

Sam Silva made a pair of 3s and finished with 12 points, and Tenyi Aikawa contributed 9 points and 11 rebounds.

Elgin Academy had one player score in double figures and was held to 16 points in the second half by coach Jed Bennett's team.
